Dagney's Squirrels / a_firsthouse Morgan Chai 09/30/2009

This is the first rendition of our squirrel feeder. As you can see they enter from the bottom. Their bowl is actually a left over water bowl for our cats. It's only about 6" in diameter so you can see that this isn't a large feeding station. Also what's cool is that it has a glass front. That way, in the winter it is solar heated (tee hee). The roof lifts up and the glass can be slid up (in its dadoed tracks) to allow the interior to be swept out with a dry paintbrush.
